Vivek Ramaswamy’s 10 Truths for America in 2024

GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy released a list of the 10 “truths” he said he believes to be “pure” and “cold hard facts.”

The following is Ramaswamy’s list of truths:

  1. God is real.
  2. There are two genders.
  3. Human flourishing requires fossil fuels.
  4. Reverse racism is racism.
  5. An open border is no border.
  6. Parents determine the education of their children.
  7. The nuclear family is the greatest form of governance known to mankind.
  8. Capitalism lifts people up from poverty.
  9. There are three branches of the U.S. government, not four.
  10. The U.S. Constitution is the strongest guarantor of freedoms in history.

“TRUTH. There’s only one. Not yours, not mine. Just pure TRUTH. In today’s bureaucratic political climate where spin is all the Administrative state knows how to do, we stand by cold-hard facts. I’m not afraid to say them,” Ramaswamy wrote in a campaign email.

“America was founded on these truths that we find sacred and undeniable. Without these truths, our standing as a nation would mean nothing,” Ramaswamy added.

Ramaswamy, who is the youngest Republican presidential candidate ever at 38 years old, continues to gain ground in the GOP primary field, according to recent polls.

A national survey by Kaplan Strategies published on Monday showed Ramaswamy overtaking Florida Governor Ron DeSantis in the race, placing second in the GOP primary field with 11 percent of the vote.

Another poll published on Saturday by Emerson College Polling showed Ramaswamy and DeSantis tied for second place with 10 percent of the national vote in the 2024 GOP presidential primary race.

In a recent interview with former Fox News primetime host Tucker Carlson, Ramaswamy attributed his rise in the polls partially to his strategy of expressing his opinions publicly before thinking about what those things may mean for his political campaign.

The presidential hopeful also positioned himself as one of the only candidates in the race not under donor pressure, saying he is “unconstrained” on what he can say.
